14 Km's in 60 minutes a succesful completion of one of my goals. Motivation and health with fitness and lifestyle choices enabled me to get there
After achieving our goals, maintaining them is so important. On a personal level with my goals of doing 12 km runs in under 50 minutes and 14 km runs in under 60 minutes, I have now a period of consolidation where I am maintaining the fitness that I have achieved. I look to help others wishing to improve their ways of training and maintain fitness while staying optimally fit and injury free.
